What Is Sin?

James 4:17

Did you sin today? Did you do wrong? Well if you can answer yes to that question, you definitely did. 

In the book of James, it is said that "...to him, that knoweth to do good, and doeth not, to him, it is sin". 

We aren't perfect. No human is. But if you knowingly do something wrong and do not repent, that is considered a pure sin. 

There is no greater sin than this sin!

There are many different types of sin. But the ultimate sin is to sin against God the Father and God the Son. 

Let's look at this a little differently. What is sin? Sin is ANYTHING a human being does that is against Jehovah and ALL His children. Good, bad, or indifferent.

We are not the 'judges'. We are not the courts that convict. We are simply the ones that are here to carry out God's Word.

So let us all remember, even though another human being says that we are in violation of one of their amendments, we should first consult in Lord Jesus.

Cause in the end, He is our ONLY Judge.
