No Regret!

2 Corinthians 7:10

For godly grief produces a repentance that leads to salvation without regret, whereas worldly grief produces death.

Regret. The word itself denotes feelings of fear and needless suffering. 

When you hear someone say that they are regretful for something that they have said or done, what do you feel and what, if anything, do you think?

For most of us, thoughts of doom, gloom, and even death pop up in our minds. It shouldn't be this way.

When we are children, we learn through discipline and reprimand followed by consequences for our actions by our parents.

Remember, Jehovah is our Heavenly Parent. So when we do or say something wrong to Him, we need to apologize and accept His punishment.

This is Godly and repentance is a way for us to learn from our mistakes. Not death, nor Hell.
