Life Should Not Be Complicated!

John 10:10

What if we all just took a day off? You read that right. Every one of us. Just called in sick for one whole day, 24 hours. What do you think would happen? I couldn't tell you exactly but I am inclined to think that there would most assuredly be a whole bunch of chaos in the world.

Where am I going with this? Well, if Lord Jesus took a day off, as bad as things are now, things would get really bad. Downright unbearable! Life as we know it would unravel in just a few hours of chaos and evil!

My point, we are not God. We do not have the powers of the Almighty. We cant change the world in a biblical sense. So why on Earth and in Heaven do we act like individually we can?

We have only one job on this planet. To serve our Lord and worship only Him. That's all He asks. That's it! It is not expected of us to save the world, stop all evil, or fix every problem. That task belongs to Jehovah. And to Him alone.

Every day in the world people try to do things that are not expected of them. And are beyond their personal scope of control.

So before you set out on your next excursion today, think about what you are actually capable of doing and what you simply can not do! Trust that Jehovah has got the plan you should follow in your life, and leave all the worries of the world, for the world to fix! When you do this, you'll feel so much more in control and stress-free.
